Further, "RC Sky Hobby" shall have no liability or responsibility for any delay in the delivery, installation or use of the products, as well as the service life of the products, performance, applicability for the use intended, proper installation, or the accuracy of information provided. "RC Sky Hobby" has no liability for any computer virus or other computer disruptions or damages to any software or hardware of any user of this site.

Warranty/Replacement

There is no Warranty/Replacement  on any of our product/services. 

Goods once sold are not refundable/returnable non exchangeable.

All Products are been tested before leaving our store.

Returns Policy and Guidelines

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. 

The customer will be liable for return shipping costs.

RC Sky Hobby does not offer returns on electronic items.

Shipping charges  will not be refunded, just the cost of the actual item being refund after deducting 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for insured shipping back to RC Sky Hobby. Returns sent COD will also not be accepted.

Defective Merchandise
 

All merchandise are checked before leaving RC SKY HOBBY warehouse, Defects found after the product has been in use are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, and need to be claimed directly with the manufacturer.  No Defective merchandise return on any merchandise on offer. Defective merchandise should be returned with in 7 days of placing the order (contact us before returning any merchandise). 

Damaged Goods

• Please do not accept the delivery courier if you discover that the item is damaged.
• Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
• Damage to merchandise caused by opening packages with a sharp object is not considered to be damaged is neither shipping nor a defect in the merchandise. Return cannot be accepted in this case. 
  
• Please note Under no circumstance, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall "RC Sky Hobby" be liable for any damages in case of "Fuel" Shipped, the Product / Courier  value or courier charges will not be refunded.
   
  

Lost Shipments

If you feel an order has been lost in transit, please e-mail us and we will track your shipment to determine if it is infact lost. Credit will be issued (within 15days) for the missing merchandise after we have obtained the claim number from the carrier.
